Raising Holy Hell on Capitol Hill

Congressional Chaplain Reverend Patrick J. Conroy prayed for the souls of the members of Congress who worked behind closed doors on the GOP Tax Cut.

In his prayer, he reminded members of Congress that God is God of the universe…which implies that they are not there in Washington to play god. There was just a hint of a suggestion that politicians are elected to serve the People… not just the Rich People who make large contributions.

As legislation on taxes continues to be debated this week and next, may all Members be mindful that the institutions and structures of our great Nation guarantee the opportunities that have allowed some to achieve great success, while others continue to struggle. May their efforts these days guarantee that there are not winners and losers under new tax laws, but benefits balanced and shared by all Americans... Amen.

This prayer upset some Republicans in Congress who passed the tax law that makes the 1% of the very rich the winners and vast majority of Americans who struggle to pay the bills and keep food on the table the losers.

According to Rev. Conroy, a member of Paul Ryan’s staff told him that the speaker was upset by the prayer and felt he was getting too political. Speaker Ryan later said to him directly, “Padre, you just got to stay out of politics.”

The Trump Republicans conveniently forget that tax revenue belongs all citizens even those sleeping on the streets of our cities.

Our tax money belongs to the People not to the rich and the mega-rich corporations to help themselves whenever they feel like it. The American government belongs to the People not to the President and member of Congress owned by the Koch Brothers. Our National Treasury is not a piggy bank for billionaires.

The Republicans in Congress instead of representing the common good and protecting the rights of the middle class, the elderly, the young and poor “unwisely” gave a massive tax break to billionaires and their mega- rich corporations who bribe them with public tax money we don’t have.

Congress took from the poor and the middle class and gave the better part of the $1.5 trillion-dollar tax cut to the billionaires and their mega-corporations adding another $1.5 trillion the national debt.

Lawrence O’Donnell called out the Trump Tax Cut for what it is.

“You are seeing in the United States Senate on the Republican side of the aisle, with this tax legislation, is the ugliest display of pigs at the trough that I have ever seen in Congress, and I mean EVER.”

The GOP Congress is distributing the wealth of the nation to the wealthiest 1% in exchange for campaign contributions. The Republican controlled Congress passed this tax cut for the rich with malicious intent to rob the American people and turn the rich into welfare queens.
The wealthiest people in America just bought the United States government and gave themselves lion’s share of the wealth of the nation.

The Republic has become corrupted with the flagrant, systematic bribery of our representatives by rich special interests. Our elected officials are bought and beholden to special interest that contribute obscene amounts of money to their campaigns. The members of Congress, for the most part, no longer represent the People nor have any commitment to work for the common good.

We now have a government not just corrupt and gridlocked; this is a government of the rich, by the rich and for the rich. We no longer have a Democracy. This is a Plutocracy owned and operated for the benefit of billionaires. The U.S. government has been sold to highest bidders… the Koch Brothers.

The winners in the tax cut are the billionaires and their mega-rich corporations.

Six big banks saved $3,590,000 billion in taxes in the first quarter of 2018 according to the Associated Press.

Small to mid-sized businesses deserve a tax break, but why on earth give six big banks $17.4 billion dollars a year?  We need to tax the mega-rich corporations to pay for tax cuts for small to mid-sized businesses that employee people.

The losers are 80 % of the America people who do the work and pay the taxes for the rich who don’t pay their share of taxes.

This egregious tax cut is an act of class warfare. It’s nothing but the exploitation of the People by the rich on massive scale.

CEOs in particular have good reason to be cheerful about the tax bill. According to the non-partisan Tax Policy Center, the majority of the benefits will go those making more than $300,000 a year, with 80 percent of the benefits going towards the top 1 percent of earners. Meanwhile, the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities has found that many middle and lower-income households will end up worse-off after the tax bill, while benefiting those with higher incomes. The bill is also expected to add more than $1.46 trillion to the deficit.

Millions of hard working Americans who don’t get pay increases, better jobs, and end up facing an uncertain economy with the national deficit of $21 trillion dollars (and rising daily) are paying taxes that the rich should be paying. This outrageous giveaway to the rich at the top pushes more and more of the middle class down deeper and deeper into debt and poverty.

How does the Trump tax cut work?

The Koch Brothers save over a billion dollars a year in taxes, thanks to the tax bill passed by Republican members of Congress taking huge campaign contribution from the Koch Brothers.
A school secretary saves $78.00 a year in taxes to pay her Costco membership while the Koch brothers each have an extra $500,000,000.00 a year to spend at Costco. See the difference?

The Trump Tax Cut for Billionaires is insane.

The obscenely rich and their mega-rich corporations at the top should be taxed to pay for tax cuts for small to medium sized business, for the middle class, and for increased social benefits for people at the bottom. That’s how the progressive tax system is supposed to work. That is economic justice for all Americans.

The White House promised the American people that corporate cuts would increase wages for the average American worker by $4,000, a claim made by White House spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Kevin Hassett, chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers. One more Sarah Huckabee lies.

Six big banks take $3,590,000 billion off their taxes in the first quarter. So where are the $4,000 a year pay raises for workers across America?
Tax cuts should go medium and small businesses that actually create the majority of jobs in America.

The Trump Republicans call this a “middle class tax break” to sell this monstrosity to the American people as a “job creator”.  Mega-rich corporations are, for the most part, using the windfall to buy up their stock and automate to eliminate jobs…they are not passing out $4,000 dollar pay raises.

A damning indictment

The conservative Koch political network, which rivals the two major political parties in size and funding, spent tens of millions of dollars pressuring lawmakers to pass the tax cuts in 2017. “That’s not a bad return on investment: what’s $20 million when you’re looking at a billion or more in tax breaks?” The rich have purchased our elected representatives with bribes, and they now own our government out right.

This tax breaks for rich don’t apply to ordinary people.

In fact, in order to pay for these obscene tax exemptions for the rich, cuts must be made in Social Security, Medicare and other entitlement programs for the elderly and the poor.
Ben Carson Housing and Urban Development Secretary wants to triple the rent for poor people living in ghetto style HUD housing.

Nancy Pelosi ‏Verified account @TeamPelosi

First, they freely give $1.5 trillion tax breaks to wealthy
people and big corporations. Now, they want to triple
millions of poor people's cost of rent. What more evidence
do you need that Republicans ARE NOT working for families
struggling to get by?

The vast majority of America taxpayers living from pay check to pay check are the victims of this exploitation by the rich.

The Trump tax bill is an assault on the majority of Americans, on our economy and on the heart and soul of the American Democracy. The rich now own and control our government, and the largest share wealth of the nation is now distributed directly to the wealthiest individuals and their mega-rich corporations. The 1% who own 90% of the wealth in America want it all. Like the Bible says, the rich pant after the dust on the heads of the poor.
The GOP Tax Cut for billionaires is regressive.
The United States had a progressive tax system in which the tax rate was meant to increase as a person’s taxable income increases. In theory, the more money people make the more they pay in taxes. Progressive taxes are imposed in an attempt to reduce taxes for people with lower incomes and shift the tax burden to those with a higher ability-to-pay. Those who make more pay more. That is social justice. That is the American way.
The opposite of a progressive tax is a regressive tax, where the relative tax rate decreases as an individual's ability to pay increases. Those who make a great deal more pay a great deal less in taxes. The richer the rich get the less they pay in taxes and the poorer the nation as a whole becomes.

The Trump Tax cut has jammed the nation’s tax system into reverse

We’ve gone from a progressive to a regressive tax system giving the rich, and their super rich corporations enormous reductions in taxes with meager tax breaks for people with moderate incomes and increased taxes on the poor.

Millions of ordinary tax payers might save $1,000 - $3,000 a year while the two Koch Brothers save between $1 to $ 1.4 billion dollars a year. But why do millions of people who deserve a modest tax cut, have to pay the Koch Brother a trillion dollars to get a modest tax cut?
Would it not be far better to tax the Koch Brothers and the billionaires and the mega-rich corporations to pay for the tax break for the rest of America?

Massive tax breaks for the rich make the rich richer and the rest of America that much poorer. This trillion-dollar tax break mostly for the rich adds $1.5 trillion dollars to the national deficit, which is already dangerously high, threatens the stability of our economy.
The growing national debt is not the road to economic recovery, the deficit is over $20 trillion dollars and climbing. The deficit is not to leading down the road to prosperity and economic stability for all Americans but to the Second Great Depression, with more poverty and squalor that the First Great Depression.

The GOP Tax Cut is nothing but a scam and it’s evil.

Nonpartisan tax experts concluded that the bill, which lowers income taxes, corporate taxes and offers numerous special-interest tax breaks, offers the majority of the gains to America’s wealthiest individuals. The top 1 percent of Americans will get 83 percent of the tax benefits in 2027.

Less than two weeks after the U.S. House passed its version of the bill, Charles Koch and his wife Elizabeth donated nearly $500,000 to the joint fundraising committee of Speaker Paul Ryan, who successfully guided the bill through his chamber. Speak Ryan sold out the American people for half a million-dollar bribe. Speaker Ryan has $500,000.00 to spend at Costco… and a school secretary has $78.00 to pay for her membership at Costco.

The good news is members of Congress told Speak Ryan to repent and bring Rev. Patrick back.

The really good news is there’s something we can do to kill this godawful tax cut for the rich at the expense of the middle class and the poor. The question is how to force Congress to tax the hell out of the rich and their mega-rich corporations to pay a decent tax cut for the rest of America.

Raising Holy Hell on Capitol Hill
Wells Fargo, created some 3.5 million fake accounts, gave its CEO a whopping raise, and paid a $1 billion fine for bilking its customers on auto and mortgage insurance contracts.
Instead of the CEO and the board of directors of Well Fargo going to prison, Wells Fargo is one the six big banks sharing the $3,590,000 billion tax cut for the first quarter of this year.
Trump has made America Great… for thieving billionaires and their mega-rich, predatory, crime syndicate corporations like himself.
Boycott Wells Fargo by phone.

Call and ask Wells Fargo to ask Congress to reverse the tax cut for the rich and impeach Trump while they’re at it… or Congress can lose Well Fargo and face an economic meltdown on Wall Street.

A million protesters calling Well Fargo day and night and protesting out in front will make the news and go viral. It will attract more than enough callers tie up the phones with complaints about Well Fargo’s anti-social, criminal behavior and put their business on hold until stock holders panic and crash their stock and depositors who are worried about their money set off a run on Wells Fargo.

The Trump tax cut for billionaires is evil, it must be fought
.
Join me in prayer. Pick up your phone, call in solidarity, pray for the lost souls of rich who worship Mammon, and raise holy hell with Wells Fargo Bank’s lines of communication. Show Congress the awesome power of prayer and the call for social justice. Unleash the wrath of God upon the rich in power… and may God have mercy on their sick, sinful souls.
Amen.

The “illegitimate” bastard in the White House

Joy Reid is the first mainstream media host to admit Trump’s election was invalid making Trump’s presidency illegitimate.
                                    by Marc Keyser
Since the beginning of the Trump-Russia investigation, members of the Resistance have been claiming that Trump’s collusion with Russia makes his election illegitimate. The mountain of evidence in the Mueller investigation continues to grow, and now a prominent MSNBC host has finally said what people suspect.

The MSNBC host Joy Reid appeared on Chris Hayes show as a panelist and the discussion focused on the clear evidence that Trump’s campaign did collude with Russia during the election to help Trump win.

Trump’s former adviser George Papadopoulos has already confessed that he told several Trump officials about his plans to conspire with the Kremlin and he’s asserted that Trump himself knew about it.

Joy Reid’s response was, “What if Russia actually did impact the outcome? That means that the fundamental legitimacy of the President of the United States is questionable. Every decision he makes, every judge he appoints, could be inherently illegitimate. And I think that’s actually a fundamental question Americans should be afraid of. Psychologically, it’s very difficult to be told that perhaps your vote was somehow influenced by outsiders, that there was something wrong with the candidate you voted for.”

This is the first mainstream media outlet to publicly acknowledge a serious concern of millions of Americans. What would this unprecedented situation even look like? The Presidency not being legitimate would be the ultimate undoing of American democracy.

Donald Trump will not be the undoing of Democracy.

The crisis is forcing us to defend our beliefs. This is Democracy in action. This is the call to defend our core values. Fighting the evil that Donald Trump has unleashed on the nation only makes us stronger.

The American people elected Hillary Clinton.

Clinton won by 3 million votes. The People got it right. Clinton lost the un-democratic, antiquated Electoral College vote… that could be because voters in key states were targeted by Russian operatives.

The evidence is mounting that Trump colluded with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin to rig the election. That makes the results of the election invalid, and it also makes Trump a traitor.
What matters is the election was tampered with and the results are tainted. Trump’s win is invalid, and that makes Trump the illegitimate President of the United States. It also means that the GOP Republicans in Congress can’t just force President Trump out and make V.P. Mike Pence President.

A Rigged System - They don’t want to turn over
Documents to Congress. What are they afraid of?
Why so much redacting? Why such unequal “justice?”
At some point I will have no choice but to use the
powers granted to the Presidency and get involved

We must stop Trump from using the powers granted to the President to interfere with the special counsel’s investigation. Trump has no right to occupy the Oval Office, much less govern the nation.

Join the Phone Boycott of Bank of America to help convince Congress to declare
Trump’s win invalid and impeach him…

Call Bank of America 954-227-6696 and tell them to tell Congress to protect the special counsel’s investigation and impeach Trump

Overload the phones, interrupt business and cost the bank enough money to get their attention. Force Congress to Impeach President Trump… to save Bank of America from going under.

GOP Republicans who control Congress can’t afford to lose Bank of America.

The most effective way to reach Congress is to peacefully call Bank of America in such numbers that we brown out their phones, disrupt their business until their customers turn on them. Stockholders will panic and dump their stock, depositors will panic and want their money back for safe keeping.

The Bank of America Phone Boycott will make news; it will go viral; it will activate protesters across the United States and in other countries around the world to join in calling not just Bank of America but their stock brokers, Merrill Edge.

If Trump is telling the truth, if Trump is innocent and the Mueller investigation is a “which hunt”, then we need to shut down Bank of America and force Congress to impeach Donald Trump and let Trump prove his innocence. Trump needs to be charged and put on trial for his criminal behavior, his obstruction of justice, and his acts of treason against the United States of America. Here and now!

The terms of surrender

We have to keep calling Bank of America until Congress gets the message. Congress can impeach the old bastard, or Congress can lose Bank of America and face an economic meltdown on Wall Street.

Boycott My Pillow
              by Marc Keyser
Now that we are in position of advantage, we need to expand the boycott against Fox News advertisers and target My Pillow.

Parkland student David Hogg called for a boycott of Fox News advertisers, and some 23 advertisers have cancelled their ads. But My Pillow is openly defying the boycott, and Laura Ingraham, Sean Hannity are still on the air. We need to take the boycott to the next level.

Call and Boycott My Pillow  1-800-544-8939. Tie up the phones, interrupt their business and give them financial losses large enough to convince them to cancel their advertising with Fox News. Make an example of My Pillow and send a message to the rest of the advertisers on Fox that it’s in their best interest to drop Fox News… or get hit with Phone Boycott.

Parkland Students targeted First National Bank of Omaha with a Phone Boycott.
The Parkland students and their supporters didn’t boycott the bank by refusing to bank there. They took to the phones calling First Nation Bank of Omaha to demand the bank stop sponsoring NRA credit cards. The bank only had about 4,000 calls coming in a day before they surrendered.
What is a boycott?

A boycott is when consumers stop using, buying, or dealing with a business, or country as an expression of protest, usually for social, political, or environmental reasons. The purpose of a boycott is to inflict economic losses on the target and vent moral outrage to compel them to alter an objectionable behavior. A boycott can be a form of consumer activism. When a similar practice is legislated by a national government, it’s known as a sanction.

The farm workers grape boycott is a prime example of a consumer activism

The Delano grape strike was headed by the Agricultural Workers Organizing Committee and the United Farm Workers against grape growers in California. The strike began on 8 September 1965 and lasted more than five years. The consumer boycott of non-union grapes ended in a significant victory for the United Farm Workers as well as its first contract with the growers.

The grape boycott took five years, the phone boycott of First National Bank of Omaha took less than 10 days to force the bank to meet the demands of the Parkland students. All people had to to was call the bank.

What’s a Phone Boycott?

The Parkland Students did their boycotting the easy way by phone. The boycotted the First National Bank of Omaha by phone. They didn’t refuse to bank there, they simply called the bank and the sheer volume of calls began to brown out the phones. They had to call to tell the bank they were boycotting the bank… or how would the bank know it was being boycotted? And when enough people began to call, it started to tie up the phones and disrupt business and cost the bank money.

The bank realized that if the phone boycott continued the 4,000 calls a day could easily become 400,000 and the growing. The sheer volume of calls could disrupt their daily business, which could undermine consumer confidence, which could crash their stock, which could lead to a run on the bank, which could bankrupt the bank.
There were no arrests and no violence in the Phone Boycott. Zero.
The bank didn’t try to have anyone arrested for calling because arresting one consumer would be like shooting a signal flare into an oil spill on the freeway in rush hour traffic. Arresting a few callers would not intimidate consumers. Threatening consumers who might call infringes on the inalienable rights of the better part of 7.6 billion consumers to use their phones to call a business open to the public.
Arresting people for calling the bank would not be a deterrent, it would not stop other people from calling. Just the opposite. The arrests would make the news, which would go viral, and public outcry could bring not thousands but millions of consumers to the phone calling with a vengeance until they utterly destroyed business at the bank
First National settled quickly before the disruption to their communications caused significant financial losses, before investors began to panic and the bank’s stock dropped in value and there was a run on the bank. By being reasonable and meeting the reasonable demands to drop NRA credit cards, the bank averted any permanent damage.
There was no way for First National Bank to physically prevent people from calling to complain.
Activists used their smartphones to call the bank, more importantly they used their smartphones to social network and activate people from all over to join in calling. Younger people are particularly adept at telecommunications technology and now they have discovered how to use their smartphones for social protest, they are a force to be reckoned with.
The Phone Boycott of First National Bank sent a message to other corporations doing business with the NRA.
Seeing first-hand the damage the Student Phone Protest did to First National Bank of Omaha, other companies wanted out. Delta, United Airlines, Best Western cut ties with the NRA. Along with airlines, car rental giants Avis, Hertz and Enterprise, the Best Western hotel chain, and the global insurance company MetLife. More than a dozen other corporations have severed affiliations with the NRA.
Laura Ingraham attacked David Hogg for wanting sensible gun control.
David Hogg responded with a boycott of Fox News advertisers to put economic sanctions on Fox News to convince them to fire Ingraham. He used Twitter to launched the Fox News Boycott that so far has convinced some 23 advertisers to cancel their advertising.

This is the tweet that launch the denial of service attack that’s costing media giant Fox News millions in lost advertising revenue.
With one tweet, young David activated an army of activists and showed them how to use their smartphones to boycott Fox News advertisers. David has empowered people to march in the streets and boycott by phone to attack Fox News where they are most vulnerable… they advertising base.

But the Phone Boycott is not over as long as My Pillow is still advertising on Fox News

Mike Lindell founder and CEO of My Pillow has defied the boycott by increasing his advertising on Fox News.

This is not the time to walk away from the fight David started.
We need to take the consumer boycott of Fox News advertisers to the next level and target My Pillow. We need enough people calling to cost them enough money to convince them to drop Fox News.
We need to send a message to Fox News advertisers... starting with My Pillow.
It’s not worth the risk to continue to advertise on Fox News and bring the Phone Boycott to your business.

Parkland Students Take on the NRA

4/20/2018

Picture
Students who survived the Parkland, Florida high school shooting are taking on the NRA with the #NeverAgain movement… and the NRA is blindly striking back out of desperation.
Florida state Rep. Elizabeth Porter (R) delivered an angry, immature speech denouncing the Parkland survivors.      "We've been told we need to listen to the children and do what the children ask. Are there any children on this floor? Are there any children making laws?" she said during a state House debate over state gun control legislation Tuesday.
"Do we allow the children to tell us that we should pass a law that says, 'No homework'? Or 'You finish high school at the age of 12' just because they want it so? No.
"The adults make the laws because we have the age. We have the wisdom. And we have the experience to make these laws. We have to make laws with our heads and not with our emotions. Because emotions will lead us astray. However, our common sense and our rationale will not."
These high school students are not “children.” They are teenagers. They are young adults. David Hogg, Cameron Kasky, Emma Gonalez, and Jaclyn Corin, for example, have been speaking out, and they are well informed and well spoken. This attack on these student survivors is an outrage.
Politicians like Porter who are on the NRA payroll feel they don’t need to listen to teenagers… or adults for that matter. They are in office, and they are in power. They represent best the special interests that contribute most… especially the NRA. They can attack citizens who dare to question them.
These teenager activists may be too young to vote, but they were old enough to start the #NeverAgain movement and call First National Bank of Omaha, block the phones and force the bank to drop the NRA… like a hot rock.

Force Fox 2 Fire Hannity & Ingraham Boycott Fox News Advertiser My Pillow

4/20/2018

by Marc Keyser

Fox News host Laura Ingraham The Ingraham Angle attacked Parkland student, David Hogg, and he fired back with a boycott of Fox News advertisers.

In the after math of the mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, on February 14, Fox News host, Laura Ingraham viciously attacked the victims, who want sensible gun control, “Stalinists” and “left-leaning speech czars”

David Hogg called for a boycott of Fox News advertisers and 26 advertisers have dropped out.
Red Lobster became the 26th advertiser to dump the show, according to The Wrap.
Red Lobster, IBM, Mitsubishi, Allstate, Blue, Apron, Slimfast, Bayer, Honda, Ruby Tues., Lib Mutual, Office Depot, Nestle, Wayfair, TripAdvisor, Nutrish, Expedia, Jos A Banks, Hulu, StitchFix, Principal, Atlantis, Ent Studios, Jenny Craig, Miracle-Ear, Progressive, J&J
The boycott just got a whole lot more crucial. We need to force Fox to Fire Ingraham and Sean Hannity.
Sean Hannity was livid the day the FBI raided the office and hotel room of Michael Cohen, President Donald Trump’s longtime personal lawyer. He said it showed that special counsel Robert Mueller was “out to get the president,” and he blasted the media for giving the raid so much coverage.
“The media, while they are obsessing over Michael Cohen ― yeah, there are really important stories to bring to you,” Hannity said on his Fox News show.
The most important story is attorney Cohen’s secret client turns out to be… of all people… Sean Hannity.  Hannity the two-face liar forget to tell his audience that he’s upset about the raid  because he’s now under investigation along with President Trump.
Hell no! Hannity and Ingraham have to go!
We must take the boycott of Fox News advertisers to a new level to convince Fox to fire not just Laura Ingraham but Sean Hannity!
My Pillow is defending and Fox News, President Trump’s propaganda machine.
Forbes reports that My Pillow has increased advertising on the show by 625 percent since the week prior to Ingraham’s controversial March 28 comments.
We need to step up the Boycott and send a message to advertisers that Fox is toxic
The question is how to make an example of My Pillow and prove that under David Hogg’s leadership, the Never Again Movement is a force to be reckoned with.
The astounding success of the smartphone boycott of First National Bank of Omaha

Parkland Students, led by David Hogg targeted First National Bank of Omaha. The students didn’t boycott by refusing to bank there. They took to their smartphones calling First Nation Bank of Omaha to demand the bank stop sponsoring NRA credit cards.

It was a Phone Boycott, and in less than ten days with only about 4,000 calls a day, this student protesters blew the bank out of the water.

Never have so few protesters armed only with smartphones done so much in such a short period to bring a corporate bank to its knees. They did it with phone calls. It was a simple Smartphone Boycott where students and their supporters just called to tell the bank to drop the NRA. The bank realized that if the boycott grew, the sheer volume of calls could brown out their phones, which could disrupt their business, which could be financially disastrous to them. The bank surrendered in a matter of day.

There were no arrests, and no broken windows.

The bank didn’t even try to claim this was a “denial of service attack” and try to prove that the young protesters committed some sort of crime in calling to complain. Apparently, the bank realized the potential danger in telling 7.5 billion people with phones “Don’t call the bank… because if too many people call it might cost bank money.” The bank chose not to commit economic suicide.

Sending the message to billions of people with phones that they don’t have the right to use their phones to call the bank, is extremely counterproductive…  the news could bring millions of outraged people to the phones calling the bank with a vengeance.

The reality is people have the right to call and not do business with the bank. If any of the students had been arrested, it would have made them martyrs. Instead of 4 thousand calls a day, the bank could have 4 million callers (and growing) on their phones calling day and night and utterly destroying their business.

Any attempt to intimidate callers would light up the phones. Nothing is more inflammatory than telling the international community of billions of consumers with phones that they can’t call the bank because it might cost the bank money. The right of every consumer to call and complain is sacrosanct.

It’s a catch 22.

If the authorities publicly threaten consumers and tell people it’s “illegal” to call the bank, that’s an empty threat because the police are not in a position make mass arrest thousands of people who are simply calling the bank. Thousands of phone calls coming from the general public to the bank are physically impossible to stop.

Publicly warning people not to call will not only will bring more people to the phones making more calls. Customers who bank there will be afraid to call because the police might arrest them. The safe thing for people with money in the bank to do it take their money out and bank elsewhere, which will trigger a run the bank.

It is illegal to target the bank with a “denial of service attack”; but that depends on how protesters deny the bank service. People boycotting by phone are not cutting the phone lines; they are not hacking the banks computers or flooding the servers. Consumers are peacefully calling to inform the bank that they are boycotting the bank. How can that ever be considered illegal?

A jury of adults who are on their phones day in and day dealing with business would probably not be willing to give up their own right and the rights of all consumers in the world with phones- to call and complain to those corporations. In order to protect the right of the bank to conduct their business and make money, the government must deny the right of 7 billion consumers to use their phones to call a business they have issues with.

This was a “targeted denial of service attack” on the bank’s communications. So why didn’t the bank file charges and have the students arrested and thrown in jail?

The authorities could have arrested individuals for advocating the Phone Boycott and urging their followers to call and boycott the bank; however, that would be like painting a target on the bank’s behind and inviting 7 billion people with phones to call and target them before the case came to court. The calls might never have stopped and the bank might never have recovered.

The students did their boycotting the easy way by smartphone.

Apparently, the bank realized that if the Phone Boycott continued, the growing volume of calls could disrupt their daily business and undermine consumer confidence to the point where it set off a run on the bank, which could bankrupt the bank and turn their business into a patch of pumpkins rotting on the vine.

The bank faced the fact that they could not stop people from calling. The police could not stop people from calling and having the police volunteer to come in and answer their phones for time was not a viable option.

The bank realized that you just don’t tell 7.5 billion consumers around the world: “Don’t call the bank because you might cost the bank money. That’s an invitation for millions, hundreds of millions of protesters in the US and around to globe to call with a vengeance and tell the bank to go to hell… in a number of different languages.

The perfectly peaceful protest by phone

There was no violence, and there were no arrests. Zero, nada, zip. The bank settled quickly before the disruption on their phones caused significant financial losses, before there was a run on the bank, and before the bank’s stock dropped in value.
By being reasonable and meeting the demand to drop NRA credit cards, the bank averted any permanent damage. There were no broken windows and the callers were not subject to police beatings, tear gas and mass arrests.
The success of the boycott was a miracle. The results were instantaneous and overwhelming.
Dave Hogg now has around 750 thousand followers on twitter… if he had been arrested, David could have 7 million followers on Twitter… and First National Bank could be buried alive in a bankruptcy graveyard.

There was no way on earth for First National Bank to prevent people from calling.

How will the bank know people are boycotting if people don’t call and tell the bank they are boycotting? If too many people call to boycott, and the volume of calls becomes excessive and begins to brown-out the phones at the bank, it will disrupt business and cost the bank money… which would be the bank’s problem. The government cannot deny inalienable right of 7 billion consumers to use their phones to call and complain just because it might cost one bank money. If the bank is not prepared to answer their phones in a timely manner and keep their business running, that’s their responsibility, and they must bear the brunt of the losses until they meet the demands of the protesters on their phones.

In a Phone Boycott, callers are free from the threat of riot police, high-pressure water hoses, attack dogs, tear gas, police beatings, and mass arrests. There worst that might happen is you have to be careful not to develop carpal tunnel from pressing the redial icon on your smartphone; but other than that, it’s safe to call, it’s free to call, and it’s well within your rights as a consumer to call.

Activists used their smartphones to call the bank.

More importantly they used their smartphones to social network and activate thousands of other protesters to join in calling. These days, younger people are particularly adept at telecommunications technology. The new generation just discovered how to use their smartphones for social protest.

Seeing first-hand the damage the Student Phone Boycott might have done to First National Bank of Omaha, other companies wanted out. Delta, United Airlines, Best Western cut ties with the NRA. Along with airlines, car rental giants Avis, Hertz and Enterprise, the Best Western hotel chain, and the global insurance company MetLife. More than a dozen other corporations have severed affiliations with the NRA.

In under ten days, Parkland students boycotting by phone blew First National Bank out of the water. This is a victory for social activists that will live in history.

The Twitter Boycott…

Ingraham, 54, took to Twitter to mock David Hogg, the 17-year-old Parkland shooting survivor turned gun control activist, for not being accepted into four top colleges (even though the lad has a 4.2 GPA)

Hogg responded to Fox New by boycotting advertisers to convince them to stop advertising on The Ingraham Angle. He put out a tweet asking his followers to tweet to a list of major advertisers. The tweet storm was unleashed and in a matter of a days, 23 advertisers have pulled their ads while the list keeps growing.

The Twitter Attack
The fastest way to convince advertisers like My Pillow to cancel their advertising with Fox News call My Pillow exactly the way Parkland Students called First National Bank of Omaha.
If enough protesters are calling and boycotting it could brown out the phones, which interrupts business, which costs them money. The more the Phone Boycott trends, the greater the losses will be for My Pillow.  This is what First National Bank of Omaha realized and why they quickly settled… to stave off a financial ruin and a run on the bank. They did not want the news of the Phone Boycott to go viral an attack who knows how many millions of callers from the international community.
It’s crucial to take the boycott of Fox News advertisers to the next level and call and boycott My Pillow to force Fox to fire Ingraham and Hannity.
We have to make an example of My Pillow. We have show them the power of non-cooperation on their phones. We have to cost them enough money to make it worth their while to join the boycott of Fox News… assuming their goal is not to go broke.

Mr. Lindell doesn’t really think he can tell 7 billion phone users worldwide that they are prohibited by law from calling My Pillow… because it might cost My Pillow money? Of course, the Phone Boycott is targeted. My Pillow has made itself the target of the boycott by supporting Fox News and increasing their advertising in response to the boycott.
Is My Pillow being denied service because consumers are calling to boycott them? Or do consumers have every right to call and complain, and it’s the company’s responsibility to answer their own phones? Do 7 billion consumers with phones have the right to call My Pillow to not buy a My Pillow? Is Mr. Lindell prepared to deal with the flood of calls that can drown his business?
Mr. Lindell claims that calling My Pillow would likely cost the business money. Does he have the right to deny 320 million Americans the right to call his business and complain… because it might cost him money?
Will he try to have the police arrest people who call My Pillow? Can the government tell 7 billion people worldwide with mobile phone, they can’t call My Pillow and complain… because the calls could cost My Pillow money? Will the phone company shut off phone service to millions of Americans so that My Pillow is not inconvenienced? Or will such empty threats only make the boycott go viral and increase the number of callers exponentially?
We do not want to silence Hannity and Ingraham….

As long as they are free to speak on Fox News, consumers are free to call and boycott My Pillow to set an example and send a message to other advertisers. Advertising on Fox News is bad for your business. Fox News is a toxic waste site for advertisers. Fox News will fire these Fox News liars… or Fox News will go broke.
Hell no! Ingraham and Hannity have to go!

Special Counsel Mueller's investigation

These “non-professional” student activists launched a Phone Protest against First National Bank of Omaha to force them to cancel the National Rifle Association credit cards. They used social media to activate people from all over the country to join in calling and blocking the phones at the bank.

First National Bank caved after a few days.

Students and supporters targeted a bank doing business with the NRA with a blockchain phone protest. They started calling and spreading the word on social media. The growing multitude of calls to the bank quickly began to block the lines and disrupt business. First National Bank surrendered without a fight and cancel the NRA visa cards.

The Phone Protest was perfectly peaceful and utterly devasting. There was no property damage. There were no riot police in the streets, no clouds of tear gas, and no arrests. The level of calls coming into the bank was estimated at less than 4 thousand a day. Apparently, First National Bank took one look and realized that the 4 thousand calls could become 400 thousand calls, which could become 4 million calls a day. If the denial of service attack continued, it would grow exponentially and utterly destroy their business. The Student Phone Protest had the bank by the throat choking the life out of their business.

The Phone Protest is a blockchain. Protesters on their smartphones are decentralized and cannot be turned off or shut down or arrested. There is no “organization”, no “headquarters” to shut down. Once it starts, there are no leaders, just instigators spreading the word.

The Riot Police cannot break up a growing multitude of callers. The police cannot answer the phones for the bank. They cannot cordon off the phones. There’s no way for the bank to stop incoming calls, much less prevent customers from wanting their money out of the bank when the panic sets in.

As the Phone Protest goes viral, it expands exponentially. The more protesters call and spread the word on social media, the more protesters will join in calling and spreading the word on social media… around the globe.

It’s merely a matter of time until the number of calls reaches astronomical proportions and the news triggers a run on the bank. People with their money in the bank will panic and start a run on the bank. Stock holders will start selling out, and the sell-off will crash the bank’s stock, which will create panic selling on Wall Street.

First National had no way to stop people from calling. They couldn’t answer the phones any faster. First National was trapped, with their lines of communication clogging up, and the protest going viral on the Internet and in the Media. The jaws of the protest had them by the throat.

First National Bank of Omaha suffered a resounding defeat; and the students won a stunning victory. This gives activists a newfound power that has been underestimated by the students… perhaps because it was too easy?

March for Life on March 24.

If you can’t make it to Washington don’t be discouraged, you can support the March 4 Life with your calls to Bank of America. All you have to do is call and use your smartphone to activate other activists to join in calling.  If you’re out marching, you can march and call at the same time. If not, you can be a couch-potato phone protester.

The biggest and best target for the next Student Phone Protest against the NRA would be Bank of America because that’s where the real Money is.

Bank of America is an icon, a symbol of the greed on Wall Street and a corrupting influence of campaign contributions on Congress.
Call Bank of America in Florida 954-227-6696 by the thousands.
Call and tell them you won’t bank at Bank of America until Congress passes common sense gun laws and limits campaign contributions.
Call and overload the phones and disrupt business at Bank of America just like we called and disrupted business at First National Bank… only on a much larger scale.
Demonstrate in front of the nearest branch of Bank of America. Line up and go inside the bank. Tell them you won’t bank there.
Social network on Twitter and Facebook. Activate people to call Bank of America/Merrill Edge by the millions to support the March for Our Lives. Expose Bank of America for their criminal corporate behavior and their massive political contributions that corrupt our representatives in Congress.
Speak to those in power from a position of power
The Student Phone Protest forced First National Bank of Omaha to surrender. We can just as easily call and put Bank of America out of business until Congress meets our demands.
Bank of America is far bigger than First National, far more influential on Wall Street and in Congress, and at the same time far more vulnerable to a Student Phone Protest.
Shutdown Bank of America and it will trigger and run on the bank, crash their stock, cause a meltdown on Wall Street, and put unbearable public pressure on Congress.
When Bank of America is under attack on the phones, the bank can call in the police but what can the police do… come over and answer the phones at the bank? Will they bank hire additional security guards to guard the phones ringing off the hook?
The police cannot break up a Phone Protest when thousands, millions of consumers choose to call and complain. The bank can’t answer their own phones any faster, and they can’t stop more and more protesters from calling day in and day out turning their profitable business into a financial disaster. If Congress does not meet our demands, Bank of America will bleed red ink,
Bank of America and their stock brokers Merrill Edge can try to hold out; but they run the risk of the Phone Protest going viral, bringing millions of protesters especial young people to the phones not just here in the U.S. but around the globe. The longer Bank of America holds out, the greater the risk that stock holders and depositors will panic and start a run on the bank... which Bank of America and Congress can ill afford.
When Student Protesters take to the phones calling Bank of America, the financial damage to the bank can quickly become unsustainable and the pressure on Congress unbearable.
Bank of America will divest. They will no longer own Merrill Edge and use the money people put in the bank for safe keeping to play the stock market. Bank of America will stop making campaign contributions to buy politicians and corrupt our political system. Bank of America will publicly encourage Congress to pass common sense gun reform.
Congress will pass gun control legislation and place limits on the obscene campaign contributions special interest groups like the NRA and Bank of America routinely make to bribe our representatives; or Congress runs the risk of Bank of America going bankrupt, triggering a run on the bank, crashing their stock on Wall Street, causing an economic melt-down, and unleashing a nationwide public backlash against Congress.
Cripple business at Bank of America and force Congress to break ties with the NRA
The Student Phone Protest against First National Bank, was a success. Now take the Student Phone Protest to the next level. Launch a denial of Service attack on Bank of America. Take advantage of smartphones and social media to go viral and activate thousands, millions of people to join in calling.
Congress will pass common sense gun controls, or Bank of America/Merrill Edge will become road kill… and while we have Bank of America by the throat, Congress will impeach President Trump.
