Families ripped apart and children put in cages, which the Trump administration calls “Tender age prisons.” 

A new federal court ruling effectively states that undocumented minors are not entitled to legal representation in court. In practice, this means that even a toddler could be forced to appear before an immigration judge to argue his or her case for legal status and to avoid deportation.

A three-judge panel from the Ninth Circuit recently ruled on the case of a Honduran teenager named CJ. CJ fled to the U.S. when he was 13 after facing violent threats for refusing to join a local gang. As such, he sought asylum status. Unfortunately, he had no legal representation and was unable to effectively argue his case and faces deportation to Honduras. This most recent ruling states that this outcome is perfectly legal and that CJ had no right to an appointed lawyer.

Coupled with Trump's heartless "zero tolerance" immigration policy, this ruling means that many thousands of undocumented youths face the prospect of deportation to deadly environments after a farcical trial. 

The Ninth Circuit Court, with its decision, has demonstrated an inability to provide justice and compassion for some of the most vulnerable individuals in the United States.

The stinky mess that Donald Trump has created at the Mexican border is getting worse every day.

The president and his drudges — Jeff Sessions and Kirstjen Nielsen — have put into effect new policies and programs designed to impose the maximum pain possible on people attempting to enter the United States.

They started with their zero tolerance policy in April which said every adult coming into the U.S. without proper documentation had to be arrested.  After that came the logical next step: any arrested adult accompanied by minor children would have those children forcibly taken away from them and put in child detention facilities.

Zero tolerance combined with child separation is a nightmare, and the subsequent outcry came from everywhere, including the Pope, the United Nations, Republicans in Congress and even the evangelical leaders of the pro-Trump Religious Right.

After Trump issued an executive order supposedly ending child separations, many people realized that in some ways he’d just made things more confusing because:

“The order signed by Trump calls for those families to be detained together but it permits separation if deemed that detention with a parent “would pose a risk to the child’s welfare.” Family unity is the policy “where appropriate and consistent with law and available resources,” the order said.”

Without child separations the children would accompany their parents to jail, which would be illegal.

For several decades it has been prohibited for the federal government to keep children incarcerated with their parents for more than 20 days. And now, even while Trump administration lawyers are trying to get this rule overturned in federal court, complicit Republicans in Congress are trying to get the law changed to allow the children to be kept in jail longer.

One reason the mess made by Trump, Sessions and Nielsen is getting worse is that all of the child detention camps are full.  They are also running out of space to keep all of the adults they are arresting under the zero tolerance policy.

On top of that, it has been widely reported that there is no plan in place to return the separated children to their families.  This means that Trump’s program may result in permanent separations, which is an unbelievably cruel and heartless way to try to solve America’s immigration issues.

Republicans know they have a huge problem with many dimensions.  They are facing condemnation from every quarter. They are losing the support of many of their voters.  They have legal issues and potentially massive lawsuits against them.

A federal judge ruled that U.S. immigration agents could no longer separate immigrant parents and children caught crossing the border from Mexico illegally, and must work to reunite those families that had been split up in custody.

United States District Court Judge Dana Sabraw granted the American Civil Liberties Union a preliminary injunction in a lawsuit filed over the family separations, but who knows if the ruling will be enforced or upheld?

Conservative columnist George Will is hoping President Donald Trump’s horrifying zero-tolerance policy on the border that led to the separation of thousands of kids from their parents will be the last straw for many people planning to vote Republican in the 2018 midterms.
 
Democratic Senator Kamala Harris of California has accused the Trump Administration of committing “crimes against humanity” because of the treatment being received by mothers and their children at the U.S.-Mexico border.

The nation has not been in this much political turmoil and this deeply divided since the Civil War. Trump is the Grand Wizard of White Nationalism. He is stirring up racial divisions while handing the wealth of the nation over to the wealthiest 1% on a silver platter. He is attacking our democratic institutions at home and undermining our leadership abroad.
 
Trump supporters, his cult followers don’t care how criminal… even treasonous he is. They hate our government and are willing to support a dictator to destroy it. They want to make America White Again. As long as them are in control of our government, they don’t care about getting to the truth. They want the Muller investigation shut down so they stay in control.

On the other side, the resistance is growing and the outrage against Trump and Trump Republicans is building across the nation.
 
Liberals believe there is room for us all. America is a democracy not a Third World dictatorship. We’re not about to bow down to a ruthless dictator, his lordship, the King of America, a monarch with absolute authority over his subjects, and we are not about to tolerate a Congress full of Trump Republicans taking bribes from the rich to  give the rich obscene tax breaks at the expense of the American people.
 
Trump’s incessant lies, his criminality, his autocratic control of government are becoming more outrageous and dangerous daily not just in America but to the world.
 
The Constitutional Crisis. 
 
Trump is guilty, the only question is depth of his depravity. The only way he survives is to fire the special counsel and bury the investigation; and the only way he does that is to assume the powers of a dictator with absolute authority who is above the law… which is not something most Americans will abide even moderate Republicans.
 
The president and his TV attorney Rudy Giuliani are viciously attacking the credibility of the FBI and Mueller investigation calling it a “witch hunt”, a plot but the Democrats to get him. Vice President Mike Pence tells special counsel Robert Mueller 'to wrap it up'.
 
We’re waiting for Trump to end the Trump-Russia investigation. We’re standing on a volcano of public rage on both sides ready to erupt in the streets.
 
We’re already in a constitutional crisis.
 
For a year and a half, the president Trump has been carrying out a systemic attack on the institutions of our democracy.
 
A constitutional crisis becomes especially dangerous when a president of the United States attacks the FBI and undermines their investigation of him calling it a ‘witch hunt”.
 
We have a Constitution that is meant to protect us against the president’s abuse of power.
 
We have the separation of powers in our government, we have checks and balances, we have the rule of law; but all of this has broken down with Trump in the White House and Trump Republicans in control of Congress. 
 
The founding fathers built a system of government based on checks and balances and the separation of powers; but these measures don’t work when we have Trump and Trump Republicans in control of the presidency and both houses of Congress.
 
The subservience of Republicans in Congress to Trump is what makes him so dangerous. Under Trump, there is no separation of powers, there are no checks and balances. Trump is above the law… as long as Republicans in Congress enable him.
 
Our system of government was designed to constrain the power of those in office, but that is not working with Trump in the White House and Trump loyalists in Congress. Republicans in Congress tolerate Trump to advance their conservative agenda no matter how corrupt his is.
 
Our system of government was conceived as a means of promoting the public good. Trump is a Russian styled despot, a dictator who promotes his own interest, the interest of his billionaire contributors, and the interest of Russian dictator Vladimir Putting who launched a cyber-attack on our elections to help Trump win.
 
Our system of government was designed to bind presidents and Congress to the Constitution. Trump flaunts the Constitution, and Congress enables him to do it. The Constitution is not constraining Trump. Nothing is constraining Trump, except the threat of the Trump-Russia investigation.
 
The crisis will only get worse as long as Trump can get away with it. “An unconstrained megalomaniac becomes more maniacal as he breaks more and more restraints. He will fill whatever political void exists with his unbridled ego.”
 
If Democrats held a majority in either the Senate or the House of Representatives, President Trump would have been charged with obstruction of justice and be facing impeachment proceedings.
 
“Donald Trump was elected president.” That’s the first lie.
 
The truth is, voters elected Hillary Clinton by a 3 million-vote margin. Hillary is the rightful President of the United States, she is the choice of the People.
 
Trump was not elected by the People, he was elected by a narrow margin in the Electoral College, which appears to have been manipulated by Russian hackers to help Trump win.
 
The Russians manipulated the election to help Trump win. The results are invalid. Trump is the illegitimate president who committed treason with the foreign power.
 
Taking to the streets!
 
Leaders of the Resistance are threatening to “take to the streets” if Trump interferes with the Muller investigation, which may be exactly what Trump wants.
 
Missive street demonstrations would give Trump an opportunity to use extreme police force to the quell the riots.
 
It would certainly activate his Nazi-white-supremacists base of supporters who would also take to the streets counter-protesting, inciting violence, and ensuring there are clashes with the police.
 
Trump would be “forced” to declare martial law and suspend civil liberties. He would “have no choice” but to imprison protesters, muzzle the press and suspend elections… indefinitely.
 
Sabotaging the Trump-Russia investigation, unleashing riots in the streets are the logical moves in Trump’s plan to start a Second Civil War to strengthen his grip on power.
 
The Resistance is already calling for massive demonstrations in the streets if Trump sabotages the Trump-Russia investigation, which will strengthen Trump’s hold on Congress and his ascendency to dictatorship.
 
Protests in the streets against the growing tyranny of the Trump regime are inevitable.
 
No matter how large the demonstrations, they may have little impact on Congress, and could lead to a violent confrontation with Trump supporters.
 
However, there is another way to protest that may have far greater impact on Congress. We simply protest by Phone and boycott Bank of America with a Call-In.
 
Protesting by the phone:
 
Protesting the streets is time consuming and difficult to sustain; whereas Phone Protesting is easy, cost efficient and anyone can join calling at anytime from anywhere.
 
There are no limits on how many people can make how many calls for how long to Bank of America in order to disrupt their business. Phone Protesters are not likely to suffer “phone fatigue.”
 
The phones become the field of battle. The National Guard cannot guard the phones. There are no riot police on the phones, no tear gas, no rubber bullets, and no violent confrontations with Trump supporters. It only takes a few million phone calls a day to take the phone privileges of Bank of America and Merrill Edge away.

The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines ‘Democracy’ as a government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised by them directly or indirectly through a system of representation usually involving periodically held free elections.
 
We the People, not Donald Trump and not Congress, are supreme power in our government. Trump is not a divine King with absolute authority: he is a public servant guilty of gross incompetence, criminal behavior, and delusions of grandeur. We the People must hold him accountable.
           We the People must bring Trump to justice.
We cannot wait for Congress to impeach Trump. No matter how many Democrats are in the upcoming elections, there will not be a 2/3 majority in the Senate to guarantee that Trump is impeached.
We must take matters into our own hands.
The key to forcing Republicans in Congress to impeach Trump is to Boycott Bank of America.
 
What we can do to stop Trump is disrupt business at Bank of America until Congress meets our demands or Congress loses Bank of America and Merrill Edge and there is a meltdown on Wall Street.

60 Minutes" correspondent Lesley Stahl came away from an interview with #Trump where he blatantly told her he attacks the press and calls them “fake news” so no one will believe what the news media reports about him. Not only does he lie, but he brags about the lies he is telling.
The news media is the nation’s guard dog chasing its tail.
The more news casters try to correct Trump’s lies and falsehoods, the more they spread Trump’s gospel of lies and falsehood, and the more they help build his base of believers… who don’t care that Trump is lying.
Like telling a hog “You sir are wallowing in your own excrement.” The hog says, “…so what’s your point?”
Trump calls it “fake news “, but the truth is everything coming out of Trump’s mouth is nothing but pig-shit lies that resonate with his true believers.
Trump is a buffoon, but he is their buffoon. Trump is a con man, but he’s their con man, Trump is a ruthless dictator, but he is their ruthless dictator. To his followers, Trump is a means to an end. He is the evil that must be endured for the good of the overthrow of the government and his White is Right pipe dream.
Trump is such a prolific liar, such a consummate propagandist it’s mesmerizing. His lies have become our daily reality, our new norm. Everything in America now revolves around Trump and his Twitter tantrums that drive the news cycle. While his supporters wallow in it.
As Trump’s following of White Nationalists grows, Democrats who are placing their hopes on the upcoming election may be in trouble.
 
As one reporter noted, even with all the media fragmentation, Donald Trump dominates our attention universe. He blocks out the sun and sucks the oxygen out of the air.
 
The depth and breadth of this dictator’s depravity is as dangerous as it is astounding. It’s no wonder people don’t quite know what Democrats stand for, or how the Resistance can possibly resist the Trump Regime when we are an addendum in the Trump news cycle.
 
Trump is the supreme ruler of these United States. He is the new King Louis XIV of America, the sun god who sits on a golden thrown cloaked in immense power. Evangelicals worship this Devil as their new Jesus Christ.  
 
The Republican who  control Congress has chosen to keep Trump in the Oval Office to keep Republicans in power. They are a part of the conspiracy to obstruct of justice and to betray this country. They have sold their souls to the Devil, and they have sold out America. These politicians in Washington have defiled our government with their corruption and now treason.  
 
How are we to reason with Trump supporters?
 
How are we to make Trump supporters understand that Trump conspired with Russia to rig the election and now he is trying to kill the investigation into his criminal behavior? Trump is not the legitimate president, Trump is a traitor.
 
Perhaps we shouldn’t try to reason with Trump’s supporters who have abandoned reason. When they act out their racism in public, out them on Twitter.
 
Roseanne Barr may not change her heart, but she will be more mindful to keep her racist sentiments to herself. Roseanne is but a symptom, not the source of the malignant evil infecting the nation. She is a bigot, but she’s no Donald Trump.

Bank of America is one of the 5 big banks on Wall Street. They are a key player in the Shadow Government that owns a big share of Congress and the President. When Bank of America speaks, Congress listens.

Congress will pass common-sense gun laws, protect the Trump-Russia investigation and impeach Trump for treason…or Congress will lose Bank of America/ Merrill Edge and run the risk of financial melt-down on Wall St.

All we have to do is call Bank of America, occupy the Phones and keep calling until the volume of our calls disrupts their business. Call the nearest branch of BofA let them hear the sound of doom in their offices with their phones ringing off the hook.
 
Call in solidarity and help put a chokehold on the communications at Bank of America, disrupt business and cost them money… a great deal of money. Hold the bank hostage and exercise leverage over Congress. Congress will meet our demands because Congress cannot afford to lose BofA.

No one wants to see Bank of America go bankrupt least of all Congress. All we have to do is call in solidarity. All Congress has to do is bend the knee and meet our demands and the invisible army of the Resistance will stop calling.
 
All Republicans who control Congress have to do is impeach Trump and put him on trial for treason to keep Bank of America from collapsing.

We are the children of God. There is room for us all. Our strength as a nation is in our diversity and our respect for the rights all people. We must destroy this egomaniac in the White House before he destroys us all. Light the gas bag on fire and melt the thrown of golden Sun God.

Relatives and neighbors of Claudia Patricia Gomez Gonzales deceased in Laredo Texas, are overwhelmed  with grief in their home in the Caserío Los Alonzo, in San Juan Ostuncalco.
 
Claudia Patricia Gómez Gonzáles was shot and killed by U.S. Border Patrol on Wednesday near Laredo, Texas. The 19-year-old child was coming to the U.S. from Guatemala in hopes of securing work to pay for her education.

​Claudia was shot in the head when a Border Patrol agent fired on a group of people he believed to be undocumented immigrants in Rio Bravo, Texas. 

Customs and Border Protection released a statement on Wednesday saying a lone Border Patrol agent was responding to a report of illegal activity near a culvert in Rio Bravo, Texas, when he “came under attack by multiple subjects using blunt objects.”

The revised report claims the agent ordered the group of immigrants to “get on the ground,” but they ignored his commands and “instead rushed him”…(without blunt objects). When the President lies incessantly, people in government feel then can do the same.

The family of a 19-year-old Guatemalan woman killed by a U.S. border patrol officer called on Friday for the United States to dial-back its rhetoric on migrants, after President Donald Trump described gang members entering the country as “animals.” Claudia was not a rapist, a gang member, or drug dealer as far as we know. She was not an animal, she was a human being, a young and beautiful person. 

Dominga Vicente, Claudia’s aunt told reporters in Guatemala City: “To the government of the United States, (I ask) that you do not treat us like this – like animals – just because you are a powerful and developed country,”

A seven-minute video posted online has gone viral. It appears to show the aftermath of the incident on a residential street. In the video, a woman calls out in Spanish, “Why did you shoot the girl? You killed her!”

​Is this what President Trump’s MAKE AMERICA WHITE AGAIN means? Why does Trump have to kill people at the border? Why must we have the blood of this innocent, young and beautiful child on our hands? Why do we allow this moral monster in the White House to rule over us?
Trump’s policy of separating Hispanic children from their parents trying to enter the country is a nightmare. Federal agencies have lost track of some 1,500 of these children. Desperate parents being detained don’t know what has happened to their children and can’t contract them.  
 
Then Trump has the gall to blame the Democrats for this outrage.

Trump is destroying families. He is deporting people who have lived here for years and committed no crimes. He is undermining the work force that has made California the bread basked of the world.       The grieving families remember their children who were shot and killed at Santa Fe High School.
​    Kimberly Vaughan was in art class when shots rang out Friday morning. Her mother, Rhonda Hart, posted on Facebook "She is in heaven. I am heartbroken."
Family members described Angelique Ramirez as "busting at the seams with energy and laughter. Vivacious" to CBS Houston affiliate KHOU. 
     "She had so much ahead of her," the family said. "CREATIVE beyond belief! She was a magnificent caretaker and a staple in her family. She stood up for what was right and made friends with anyone she saw as a good soul. A beautiful child finding her way and hopeful for her future. Beyond her years"
      Angelique's aunt posted on Facebook that she has a "broken heart and a soul." 
Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt has offered to pay for the funerals of the eight children and two teachers killed during a mass school shooting on Friday. 
      SANTA FE, Tex. — A nation plagued by a wrenching loop of mass school shootings watched the latest horror play out in this small Southeast Texas town Friday morning, as a young man armed with a shotgun and a .38 revolver smuggled under his coat opened fire on his high school campus, killing 10 people, many of them his fellow students, and wounding 10 more.
It was the worst school shooting since the February assault on Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fla., where a young man with an AR-15 rifle left 17 people dead and prompted a wave of nationwide, student-led protests calling on lawmakers to tighten gun laws.

In the aftermath of the Parkland high school shooting last February…
President Trump met with Parkland Students and told them he was going to take on the NRA. That was a lie, because the next day, Trump met with an NRA representative and decided he was not really going to do anything.

Congress has responded to the Parkland high school shooting. Speaker Paul Ryan has been having students who are peacefully protesting outside of his office arrested.
Congress has not had the time to pass any gun control legislation…but if we follow the money we see that Congress did pass Trump’s tax cut.
President Trump calls this a “tax cut for the middle class”. Billionaire Trump personally saves an estimated $14,000,000 every year.

The Koch Brothers take home an extra $1,000,000,000 to 1,400,000,000 a year after donating $20 million to members of Congress to convince them to vote for the tax cut. The Koch brothers gave Speaker Paul Ryan a $500,000 donation as a tip for his services.

Six of the largest banks, including Bank of America and Wells Fargo, together received a $3.6 billion-dollar tax cut for the first quarter of this year.

A middle-class school secretary has an extra $1.50 a week in her pay check that will pay for her Costco membership. The Koch brothers each have an extra $500,000,000 a year to spend at Costco. This is how Trump’s making America great again for the richest 1% at the expense of the rest of American taxpayers.

So the GOP controlled Congress is doing something to make the extremely rich obscenely rich. The Trump Republicans are just not doing anything about gun control. 

When we follow the money, we see that Congress is giving 1% of the richest people in America and their mega corporations the better part of a $1.5 trillion-dollar tax with money we do not have. Trump’s tax bill adds $1.5 trillion to the national debt, which is already over $20 trillion and climbing. The national debt combined with a tax system where the rich and their mega corporations don’t pay their share of taxes drives the nation down the road to the brink of bankruptcy and a second Great Depression. 

Jimmy Kimmel politely pointed out that Trump and lawmakers care more about the support of the National Rifle Association “than they do about children.” “So they sit there with their hands in their pockets, pockets that are full of gun money, and they do nothing. They just wait for the outrage to pass.”

The problem is representative democracy is not Democracy.
The President and Congress are the enemy of the People. Our representatives in Congress are bought by special interests with obscene campaign contributions. The rich who pay to play have the best representation that money can buy at the expense of the America people and the common good. Washington is den of thieves, a house of corruption that is bankrupting the nation giving tax breaks to billionaires and turn their backs on the needs of the People.

First National quickly realized that if the phone boycott continued the 4,000 calls a day could easily become 400,000 and the growing. The sheer volume of calls could blockade their phones and disrupt their daily business, which could undermine consumer confidence, which could crash their stock, which could lead to a run on the bank, which could bankrupt the bank… and the police can arrest consumers for calling.

The bank settled quickly before the disruption caused significant financial losses, before the bank’s stock dropped in value and there was a run on the bank. By being reasonable and meeting the reasonable demands to drop NRA credit cards, the bank averted any permanent damage.

Seeing first-hand the potential costs to First National Bank of Omaha, other companies wanted out. Delta, United Airlines, Best Western cut ties with the NRA. Along with airlines, car rental giants Avis, Hertz and Enterprise, the Best Western hotel chain, and the global insurance company MetLife. More than a dozen other corporations have severed affiliations with the NRA. We’ve never had a protest this peaceful get such profound results so quickly.

​Parkland students called to boycott First National Bank of Omaha to disrupt their communications and in under 10 days the bank dropped NRA credit cards. No riot police, no tear gas, no broken windows, no neo-Nazis with Tiki torches, no arrests, no deaths.
 
Now more than ever, we must support the Parkland Students in the fight for common sense gun control. Call and boycott Bank of America to interrupt the phones, disrupt their business and convince Bank of America to stop financing the manufacturing of assault weapons.
 
                     The Phone Boycott of the First National Bank of Omaha
 
In response to the Parkland school shooting, student activists took on the NRA by targeting First National Bank of Omaha for doing business with the NRA. They didn’t demonstrate in the streets or refuse to bank there, they simply called the bank until the volume of calls began to brown out the phones. Protesters called to tell the bank they were boycotting the bank… or how else would the bank know it was being boycotted?
When enough people began to call, it started to tie up the phones and disrupt business and cost the bank money, which is a very convincing argument for the bank to drop the NRA. The students turned their smartphones into virtual-reality-assault weapons.

The bank had a pivotal moment.
They saw the light. They got religion. They realized that if the phone boycott continued 4,000 calls a day could easily become 400,000 calls a day then 4,000,000 calls a day and growing. The sheer volume of calls could disrupt their daily business, which could undermine consumer confidence, which could crash their stock, which could set off a run on the bank, which could bankrupt the bank.
There were no arrests and no violence in the revolutionary Phone Boycott of First National Bank.
Student protesters were not confronted with Tiki-torch-gun-toting-skin-head-Trump Nazis or riot police with tear gas and batons beating and arresting people in the virtual reality of the telecommunication system where the protesters are invisible.
The bank chose not to have people arrested for calling because arresting one consumer would be like shooting a signal flare into an oil spill on the freeway in rush hour traffic while you’re sitting in your vehicle stalled in traffic covered with crude oil. Arresting a few callers would not intimidate millions of consumers or stop them from calling to defend their right to call and tell the bank to go to hell.
Threatening consumers who might call infringes on the inalienable rights of the better part of 7.6 billion consumers around the world who use their phones on a daily basis to call businesses open to the public to complain… if need be. 
Arresting protesters for calling the bank to complain would be as counterproductive as stepping on a land mine.
Arresting phone protesters for calling a business open to the public, assuming you can identify thousands of them coming on line daily, is not a deterrent. One arrest would make the news, which would go viral, and public outcry could bring not thousands but millions of consumers to the phones calling not just to boycott Bank of America but to defend their right to call and complain.
First National Bank wisely chose to settle quickly and quietly before the Phone Boycott went viral and the disruption to their communication systems caused significant financial losses. They got out before investors began to panic and the bank’s stock dropped in value and worried depositors started a run on the bank. Being reasonable and meeting the reasonable demands to drop NRA credit cards, the bank averted any permanent damage.
There was no way for First National Bank to physically prevent people from calling to complain.
Student activists used their smartphones to call the bank, more importantly they used their smartphones to social network and activate people from all over to join in calling. (Younger people are particularly adept at evolving telecommunications technology and now that they’ve discovered how to use their smartphones for social protest, they are a force to be reckoned with.)
The Phone Boycott of First National Bank sent a clear message to other corporations doing business with the NRA.

We the People are placing sanctions on Bank of America.
