BOYCOTTING Bank of America and running the risk of them going bankrupt is a small price to pay for bringing President Trump to justice and seeing him impeached.

​Did President Trump fire Attorney General Jeff Sessions and make Matt Whitaker- a critic of the Mueller probe- acting Attorney General in order to undermine the Special Counsel’s Trump-Russia investigation to avoid impeachment and forestall indictment for his crimes?
Not only is Whitaker refusing to recuse himself from the Trump-Russia investigation, apparently the first thing Whitaker did on the job is hand over information on the Trump-Russia probe to Trump and his lawyers, which they have no right to.  

The inner workings of the Special Counsel’s investigation of President Trump are something the President has no right to see, oversee, or interfere with in any way. The President is under investigation for conspiring with the Russians to rig the election, which, if proven true, makes him not only illegitimate, but a traitor. TRUMP IS LIKE NO OTHER TRAITOR IN AMERICAN HISTORY NOT EVEN BENEDICT ARNOLD.

With Whitaker in charge, the President is now in control of the investigation of himself, his family and his underlings for their criminal and treasons actions. For the President of the United States to openly interfere with the investigation into his criminal and treasons acts is more than an arrogant abuse of power, it is criminal obstruction of justice that threatens to compromise the investigation, the rule of law, and democracy itself.

This is probably the moment we have been waiting for.  The Saturday Night Massacre, which of course became the beginning of the end for President Nixon.
 
Democrats will protect the Mueller investigation as much as they can, but they are not in control of the House of Representatives until the first of the year.

Democratic Sen. Richard Blumenthal said that he and his colleagues are considering legislation that would protect Robert Mueller’s special counsel investigation and guarantee that Donald Trump and Republicans can’t keep the probe’s findings private.

“We’re thinking about legislation to assure there is disclosure of all the findings and evidence in that investigation, in the event that Robert Mueller is, in fact, fired,” Blumenthal said in an interview with MSNBC’s Chris Hayes.

Firing Mueller is not the only way to undermine the special counsel probe

There is so much emphasis on the potential firing of Robert Mueller that it’s easy to overlook other ways the president can undermine the special counsel investigation.

Even if Trump doesn’t have Whitaker push Mueller out, he and his Republican cohorts in Congress can sidestep the special counsel’s ultimate findings by attempting to keep them sealed.

After all, if the public doesn’t know what conclusions Robert Mueller reached, then Trump can avoid being held accountable. Trump can just keep on calling the investigation a “Witch Hunt” and get away with his crimes.

Fortunately, the Democrats – emboldened by their massive gains in the midterm elections – aren’t about to let the president or his Republican loyalists in Congress get away with it. But the outcome is far from certain.

Words matter…
America is a Democracy, and Democracy is: 
a government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised by them directly or indirectly through a system of representation usually involving periodically held free elections.

In theory, We the People are the supreme power. The President, The Republican controlled Congress are elected representatives. Elected representatives are public servants.

In reality, Trump with the aid of the Republicans in Congress has assumed the powers of a supreme ruler, an authoritarian dictator who is above the law with increasing control over the People. We the People, the silent masses, are here to be ruled over by Trump the way the German people were ruled over by Hitler.

The fundamental misunderstanding of the nature of Democracy.

Representatives- the president and members of Congress- are elected by the voters. They are public servants, they do not rule by divine right, and they are not above the law. We have the Constitution, we have inalienable rights, and we have checks and balances in our government. What we don’t have is the means for the People to immediately and in real time exercise accountability over these arrogant and corrupt politicians in Washington when the checks and balances fail.

We do not have a national recall process; whereby, we can vote and recall the President and members of Congress for high crimes, for obstruction of justice, and dereliction of duty.

The problem is accountability.
How do We the People exercise control over our representatives who have assumed dictatorial powers other than voting them out of office in regular elections after the damage is done?

The most direct and immediate means of forcing Trump Republicans in control of Congress to impeach Trump is to simply shut down Bank of America with a mass phone protest and bring public pressure to bear on these political hacks in Congress aiding and abetting the crimes of the President here and now in real time.

We can bring grassroots energy to phones in the fight to impeach Trump where we can focus our collective outrage.

Protesting in the streets and in the halls of Congress is excellent, but simply not enough. A few fleeting headlines in the media are not enough. The way to stop Trump from threatening to shut down the Mueller investigation is to actually shut down Bank of America. 

The most powerful means of protest is by phone, where we can take advantage of smartphone technology. Using our smartphones to social network and to call in solidarity, we can bring enough protesters to phones to isolate Bank of America Merrill Lynch, disrupt their communications, and turn their own customers against them. We can boycott their phones and shut them down for as long as need be to send a message to Congress: “Impeach Trump, or lose Bank of America.”

We are citizens of the United States of America. We have a God-given, inalienable, Constitutional right to use our phones to call Bank of America as do some 7.5 billion other consumers around the world who have mobile phones.

Peacefully calling from the safety of our own phones, we can put business as usual at the bank on hold non-violently and convince Republicans in Congress to join Democrats in impeaching Trump in order to keep Bank of America from going belly up. Republicans in Congress don’t want to see Bank of America go bankrupt… so everyone can be reasonable and find a satisfactory solution to protect the Mueller investigation in order to stop the calls so Bank of America Merrill Lynch can continue doing business.

Why call Bank of America Merrill Lynch? Because that’s where the money is.

Bank of America is a Wall Street icon, a mega-corporation operating internationally. They are one of the leading Wall Street banks responsible for the Housing Market Fraud in 2008 that bankrupted millions of Americans and has added some $10 trillion dollars to national debt. Bank of America is a key player in the shadow government that controls our government. We can break up this gigantic corporate monopoly; and, at the same time, force the Republicans in Congress to impeach Trump… for fear of losing Bank of America and having the phone protest spread to other Wall Street Banks starting with Well Fargo Bank for cheating customers out of millions of dollars.

We win by making Bank of America lose money. We win when Congress faces the threat of losing Bank of America if they don’t protect the Mueller investigation. 

We must go on the offensive. We must stop this wait-to-see-what-insane-thing Trump does or says next before we act. We invade their phones and shut down Bank of America first. We exercise our supreme power over those in Washington who unconstitutionally rule over us.

The phone calls are free for us, so the worse that can happen is Bank of America and Merrill Lynch go bankrupt and are broken up and Trump is impeached for treason.

       Join the protests to protect the Mueller Investigation
                      
Trump fired Attorney General Jeff Sessions and appointed Matt Whitaker, a political hack, to make the Trump-Russia investigation go away. We must fire back.
 
Trump was furious because Sessions had to recuse himself back in March 2017 from overseeing the Trump-Russia investigation. While working on the Trump’s campaign, Sessions had meetings with the Russians and lied about those contacts under oath. Sessions is himself under investigation for collusion with the Russians, so he could not fire Special Counsel Mueller to stop the investigation.

Whitaker has publicly attacked the Special Counsel’s investigation, signaling the president could be maneuvering to end it. During an interview with CNN in July 2017, Whitaker suggested that a potential future replacement for Sessions wouldn’t need to fire Mueller to kneecap the investigation.

“I could see a scenario where Jeff Sessions is replaced with a recess appointment and that attorney general does not fire Bob Mueller, but he just reduces his budget to so low that his investigation grinds to almost a halt,” Whitaker said at the time.

In August 2017, roughly a month before his appointment as Sessions’ chief of staff, Whitaker penned an op-ed for CNN in which he suggested the Russia investigation was “going too far” and could be “a witch hunt.”

“Mueller has come up to a red line in the Russia 2016 election-meddling investigation that he is dangerously close to crossing,” Whitaker wrote. “It is time for Rosenstein, who is the acting attorney general for the purposes of this investigation, to order Mueller to limit the scope of his investigation to the four corners of the order appointing him special counsel.”
He continued: “If he doesn’t, then Mueller’s investigation will eventually start to look like a political fishing expedition. This would not only be out of character for a respected figure like Mueller, but also could be damaging to the President of the United States and his family ― and by extension, to the country.”

Trump is the one who has crossed the Red Line

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) on Wednesday called on Whitaker to recuse himself from the Mueller probe, citing his previous remarks on the matter.
“Given his previous comments advocating defunding and imposing limitations on the Mueller investigation, Mr. Whitaker should recuse himself from its oversight for the duration of his time as acting attorney general,” Schumer said.

Sen. Mark Warner (D-Va.), vice chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, echoed Schumer’s call.

“Given Mr. Whitaker’s public comments on the Special Counsel’s investigation and the President’s obvious self-interest in appointing him to the Acting AG role, Mr. Whitaker should recuse himself,” Warner tweeted.

The Democrats will take control of the House of Representatives when newly elected members are sworn in on January 3, 2019. But what do we do here and now?

I listened to Christine Blasey Ford give her testimony in the Senate Confirmation hearing for Judge Bret Kavanaugh, and I was moved.

She told how Bret Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her at a high school party back in the 1980s. He pinned her down on a bed, held his hand over her mouth to stop her from screaming, and would have raped her if his drinking buddy, Mark Judge, hadn’t jumped on them giving her a chance to escape.

After all the people who have come forward and after all the protesting at the Capitol, the Senate just ignored the allegations and voted to confirm Kavanaugh to the court anyway, and I’m angry.
These arrogant Trump Republicans, these old white men in power… who do they think they are?

The level of rage, which had already been explosive after the election of the sex-scandal President, reached nuclear levels in wake of yet another reminder that, in the eyes of Republicans, women have no value outside of objects to be used and discarded. Trump Republicans are in power, they don’t care how degenerate Trump much less Kavanaugh are, they don’t care about the truth, or facts or the suffering Trump’s policies cause or the damaging he’s doing to the nation.

Trump is dictator like Putin. He is dividing the nation by fueling a race war and now the gender war. His strategy is to divide and conquer. We are a nation polarized and as divide as we were before the Civil War under the political control of Trump and his male dominated, white racist power structure.

This is personal.
A reporter asked an odd question, “Trump says words, but what do they mean?” First Trump said that Ford’s testimony was credible then he viciously attacked her, calling her story of how Kavanaugh and his friend tried to rape her a “Democratic plot”.

He mocked her for memory lapses- memories which she apparently has repressed. Discrediting the pain and suffering she has gone through, Trump dog whistled to his Nazi followers and Russian Trolls to attack this woman for daring to speak out publicly, then hypocritically asks “Why did she wait so long?”

At the swearing in of Judge Kavanaugh- an accused sexual predator and under-oath liar- in the East Room of the White House. President Trump, Mr. “if your famous you can grab women by the pussy, they let you do it,” falsely claimed Kavanaugh was “proven innocent.” This is just days after the sham FBI investigation that failed to interview dozens of witnesses that likely could have validated the multiple allegations against Kavanaugh and gotten to the truth.

Trump made it personal when he unleashed his attack dogs on Christine.
Trump’s deplorables and Putin’s Russian trolls on the internet are attacking Christine Blasey Ford with anonymous death threats. She and her family are fugitives afraid to live in their own home. Christine is the victim; the nation owes her the apology, and we owe it ourselves to impeach Trump and rid the nation of this malignant scourge.

McConnell calls peaceful protesters a mob

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) accused women who protested against Kavanaugh of using “mob-like tactics.”  Because they peacefully protested at the nation’s capital.
When we call Bank of America, it’s important to be polite on the phone so as not to be mob-like; however, for some hack politician to attack protesters calling Bank of America a mob… now that could really incite a mob of millions of outraged callers.   

We need a few good community organizers in a few cities to start the Phone Protest against Bank of America at a few local bank branches to make it go viral and bring protesters around the world to the phones to pressure Republicans who control Congress to impeach Trump for treason and declare his presidency illegitimate and everything he has done as President null and void. Every appointment he has made starting with Kavanaugh, every executive order he has issued, and every bill he has signed is invalid.

But we also demand justice for Christine Blasey Ford and all the people Trump’s Nazi goons and Russian bots are attacking. Human rights will be respected and women seeking equality will be heard, or we will call until we bankrupt Bank.

Vote all Democrat and call Bank of America at the same time.
The Me Too Movement founded by Tarana Burke put a million people in streets marching on Washington. We need to start with a few callers until the protest grows into a few million protesters on the phones calling Bank of America Merrill Lynch to put business on hold until Congress meets or demands… or Congress loses Bank of America Merrill Lynch. This is personal.

Singer Taylor Swift  took to Instagram to endorse a Democratic Senate candidate, saying “several events” in her life and “in the world” over the past two years had caused her to feel “very differently” about voicing her political opinions.

If Taylor Swift can endorsed Democrats for the November 6 election....why can’t we all make some phone calls to Bank of America to get Trump impeached? You don’t have to be famous to call and boycott Bank of America until Congress impeaches Trump.  

Let us speak plainly.
The good news is Democrats appear to have a better chance than ever at winning control of the House of Representatives. Some people even believe that the Blue Wave will turn into a Blue Tsunami.

The bad news is that the slim chance Democrats have of taking back the Senate seems to be slipping away.

The really bad news is either way Trump is still President.

No matter the outcome of the election, Trump will still be President, Republicans will still control the Supreme Court, and may still control the Senate.

Democrats in the House of Representatives can investigate and initiate impeachment proceeding, but they will not have the 2/3 majority in the Senate need to actually impeach President Trump. If Democrats take control of the House of Representatives, they can block all Trump’s legislation, but they cannot stop Trump from ruling by executive order. They cannot stop Trump from shutting down the Special Counsel’s Trump-Russia investigation no matter how damning the evidence. They can’t stop Trump from starting a war to assume emergency powers to declare martial law and suspend the Constitution.  

We need a Phone Protest against Bank of America to force Congress to impeach Trump for treason.
We need to use our smartphones to call and shut down Bank of America to pressure Congress to impeach Trump. We need to start winning.

On our phones, we have the advantage of People Power. We have the overwhelming numbers of people around the world who can join in calling.

All we have to do is call one Bank of America branch in one city. Stay on the phone and non-violently non-cooperate. Make the news, social network, go viral and activate thousands, millions of callers to flood the phones and wreak havoc on Bank of America’s international business empire.

Without firing a shot, we can overload their phones and cut their lines of communication. We can boycott Bank of America by phone, interrupt their business, and cost them a bloody fortune until Congress impeaches Trump or Congress loses Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

·       Call in solidarity, block their phones, and disrupt business as usual.

·       Why call Bank of America Merrill Lynch? Because that’s where the money is. When Bank of America speaks, Congress listens.

·       Take your money out of Bank of America. You don’t want to be calling to start a run on the bank and leave your money in Bank of America Merrill Lynch until the avalanche hits, there is a run on the bank, and it’s too late.
 
·       Don’t just march on Washington, demonstrate out front of the nearest branch of Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Make the news, help spread the word on social media.

·       Call anonymously risk free. This is passive-aggressive protesting. You don’t need to travel anywhere or take time off work and lose pay. You don’t risk being tear gassed, beaten by riot police, attacked by dogs, blasted with high power pressure water hoses, shot with rubber bullets, or arrested and carted off to jail. Do don’t have to fear being attacked, run over, killed or injured by Trump’s army of Nazis. Just call Bank of America and pray for them… or curse them. Put the fear of God into Trump Republicans who control Congress until they see the wisdom of impeaching Trump and declaring his presidency illegitimate.

·       Organizing your own Call Squad to boycott the nearest branch of Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

·       Activate people on social media. Get the word out. Use your smartphone to network and help the Phone Protest go viral on the Internet bringing thousands, millions of protesters around the globe to the phones to bury Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Turn a snowball into an avalanche of calls headed down hill to hell.  
 
·       Target one Bank of America branch to make the news, go viral and ignite a Global Phone Protest in cities around the world.

·       Financial markets hate uncertainty. Trump Republicans with money in Bank of America Merrill Lynch will join the protest and turn on the bank the minute they get the bad news. They will join us on the phones flooding the bank with angry calls and complaints wanting their money out of the bank… to be safe. 

·       In order to speak to power, we must be in a position of power. Congress can’t afford to wait until stock holders panic and start a sell-off that crashes the bank’s stock causing a meltdown on Wall Street.

·       Trump is a traitor and treason like a cancer has spread to Congress. Trump and Trump Republicans cannot be removed by half-measures such as signing petitions and demonstrations in the streets. We need to take it to the phones and shut down Bank of America until our voices are heard in Congress.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) accused women who protested against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of using “mob-like tactics.”  Because they peacefully protested at the nation’s capital.

When we call Bank of America, it is important to be polite and act in a dignified but confident manner on the phone so as not to be mob-like; however, for some hack politician to attack protesters calling Bank of America a mob… now that could incite a multitude of millions of callers to call in outrage.
 
If Taylor Swift can endorsed Democrats for the November 6 election....why can’t we all make some phone calls to get Trump impeached?
